The investor contact list contained on the CD is a complementary list given free with the purchase of our software programs. We work hard to do our best to keep these accurate and complete. However, we sometimes receive information from potential investors that is incomplete and/or inaccurate or move without providing notice to us. Therefore, we do not guarantee or warranty the enclosed list in any way. This list comes as-is with no refund or exchange.

We encourage you to follow standard marketing procedures by sending out a 3-4 page summary of your SCOR or Limited Partnership offering. In the case of preparing a Private Placement Memorandum stock offering, such as the Regulation D 504, 505 or 506 stock offering, you would send out your Executive Summary section, which should be no more than 4 pages. This will allow you to see what kind of responses you receive and also to verify the accuracy of the addresses for no more than the cost of a stamp and envelope for each address. After receiving possible responses, then send out your SCOR, Limited Partnership offering or Reg. D stock offering.

All sales of software programs are final. This means any opened Fed Ex package containing our software programs cannot be returned for a refund. Master Card, Visa and American Express have been given this policy and they have accepted this policy and have it on record as such. The attorneys who are the authors and copyright holders of this proprietary valuable information program(s) does not allow us under contract with them to provide refunds of the programs offered by CFSS. We take the same approach as Office Depot, Staples and others. Once a software package is opened, it cannot be returned. A marker in the packaging is in place to determine if a Fed Ex package has been opened. If an attempt to return the program(s) is made then we will immediately return your order of the program(s) back to you! This is due to the attorneys the copyright holders not knowing if the program(s) have been installed on a computer or removed. Therefore, there are no refunds on any of our software programs.

Unopened software program(s) must be returned within 10 days from the time software program(s) order was placed (NO EXCEPTIONS) the software program(s) must be returned in it’s unopened original (Fed Ex packaging) or refused at the time of the delivery attempt by Fed Ex.
