Affiliate Terms

• No copy can be copied from any pages on the cfss.com website for use on your website without prior written consent from cfss.com.
• Only the banner ads or text ads that we provide can be used on your site. If you have an alternative banner or text ad that you would prefer to use, please email it to us at info@cfss.com for approval before placing live on your site. Failure to do so could result in forfeited payouts as we would be unable to accurately track the traffic source for the conversion.
• While our tracking software will monitor return visitors via cookies, we are not responsible for users who clear their cookies before returning to our site to make a purchase. For users who do not clear their cookies and who make a purchase within this timeframe, you will receive your payout when the purchase is finalized.
• Pay per Click (PPC) – Currently there are no restrictions on Pay per Click use, terms that can be used, etc. You are able to bid on the CFSS company name and other keywords that other CFSS affiliates may be bidding on. There are no minimum or maximum bid restrictions.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – You are not authorized to use our tags, titles, copy, etc. Only banner and text ads approved by or provided by CFSS are allowed.
• We do ask that all affiliates abide by all search engine guidelines for best practices. No spam, hidden text (cloaking) or otherwise will be tolerated.
• We will send all payouts to the Paypal email address that you have on file with our company. We can not be held responsible for the payment routing or processing once we submit to Paypal. If payment is not received at your email account on file after we submit it to Paypal, you will need to contact Paypal Customer Support directly.
• We reserve the right to cancel affiliates from our program for any reason. Violations of program terms and conditions, inactivity or other issues could result in termination from our affiliate program. In this event, we will notify you immediately.
• We do not affiliate with sites that have adult content or promote illegal content or the use of drugs and alcohol. If you have a site of this type, please do not sign up for our program. We will terminate any sites that we find to have content of this type. If you are unsure if your site would violate these guidelines, please contact us before sign-up.

Please check back regularly to stay current on our terms and conditions. We will also notify all affiliates by email if there are any major changes to the terms and conditions. However, we cannot be held responsible for invalid email addresses, potential delivery issues, unread emails or otherwise.
